Through the lens of Cultural Humility, and with the use of Evidenced-based Practices, ongoing therapy will help tackles any life issues that you may have going on.
Typically a 6-18 month investment. All therapy sessions will be conducted through an online, video conferencing system. That means you can do therapy from the comfort of your own home!
