Meet the Founder, Dr. Jasmine Rollins

Hi, I’m Dr. Jasmine Rollins. I am a Doctor of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California.  Inspired by my love for mental health awareness,  I created Organic Therapy Network for access to clinical knowledge and understanding.

 The more you know, the more you grow!  

For over a decade, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, helping them navigate life’s challenges, big and small. 

 Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles in mental health care. I began as a Wraparound Facilitator and Therapist, then moved into a program manager role with Veteran Affairs, supporting HUD-VASH programs that improve the lives of veterans and their families. I also served as a clinical supervisor for a training institute, guiding MSW and MFT students through their practicum and helping them grow into confident clinicians. Today, I work as a regional manager across Southern California, advancing care coordination for the Medi-Cal population in psychiatry and addiction medicine clinics, with a focus on improving access to mental health services and supporting communities in need. 

Organic Therapy Network, my private practice, is a place where I can directly connect with children with behavior challenges, teens experiencing anxiety and depression, and adults navigating life stressors. My practice also allows me to explore mental health innovation and ensure that knowledge and resources remain accessible to everyone.

Organic Therapy Network provides a space where reflection matters more than perfection, growth happens at your own pace, and mental health care is approachable, grounded, and human.
